How can friends and family best support someone with MG?
Allison Echols
How can loved ones support and comfort you? What strategies and tips do you have for communicating your needs with family and friends? For any caregivers, what are some ways you help or comfort someone with MG?
You are right. No matter the ailment, no one knows your body and mind like you do.
My advice to MG patients is to carry an identifier that lets people know you have MG. It can be a bracelet, a card in your purse, something to let ones know u have MG.

my heart goes out to you. Being a caregiver and needing support yourself is an extremely tough spot to be in. Do you have any family or friends close by that can help you? Thinking of you, Julie (team member)
